Amy and Steve were married in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. With their legal ceremony having already taken place, they were free to completely personalise their celebrations. And that is certainly what they did.

The original plan was for them to get married outside but the temperamental British weather had other ideas! It started as a damp, drizzly day which meant that their backup plan was put into action - a rustic barn-style setting. Once it was filled with hay bales, burlap runners, hundreds of fairy lights and decorated with lavender and succulents, it was just as magical a location for them to say their vows!

The ceremony was conducted by family members which always serves to make it that much more amusing and emotional. I have rarely seen so many tears of joy and hugs of congratulations! Music was at the heart of the day - not only did Amy and Steve's friends perform as they walked down the aisle, after the vows they were serenaded by a choir made up of Amy's friends and, once the canapés had been served, a spontaneous dance party started up back in the barn when Steve's friends took to the stage with their array of instruments.

From there, it was on to the three-hat tipi which had been set up at the back of the field. The decorations gave a nod to South America which is where they got engaged. Consequently, there were Llamas and dream catchers dotted around everywhere! After the speeches, which were just as emotional as the ceremony (with some humour thrown in courtesy of the Best Men's video montage), the music was struck up once again with the dancefloor constantly packed to bursting.
