Abbie and Mike were married in Oxfordshire and had a beautiful church wedding ceremony followed by a reception at the Fison Barn, Earth Trust close to the Wittenham Clumps. The barn was the perfect backdrop for their celebrations and it seemed as though the whole family had been involved in the planning and decoration. Afternoon tea was served on cake stands that Abbie and Mike had spent months collecting (and creating). There was bunting galore, cakes made by friends and family, a wedding cake created by the Mother of the Bride topped with a crochet creation hand-crafted by the Bride's sister and candles created by the Mother of the Groom. Dozens of postcards were dotted around the room which contained messages from well-wishers and the favours were pots of honey collected by the Bride and Groom themselves.

It was definitely a unique and very personal celebration and, despite the showery outbreaks and blustery wind, we even managed to make it outside for an explore around the barn to take some more romantic photos later in the day.
